	Plantar Fascia (Partial Rupture): At the level of the insertion of the plantar fascia into the calcaneus, there is a hypoechoic area indicating inflammation/bleeding with disruption of the insertion of the plantar fascia. The cortex of the calcaneus has an irregular boarder that should be imaged with x-ray to rule out fracture.
